Useless service

Once again I’m experience troubles with Pick n Pay Hyper Woodmead. I’ve complained a few times over the past 2-3 years and once again they’ve disappointed me! Their pet food dept. is in total chaos. Prices for dog food displayed at the cat food or vice versa. Wrong prices displayed for wrong items on the shelves. Most items have NO PRICES AT ALL and I constantly have to ask a staff member to please check on prices as I do not want to get to a till point and then waste everyone’s time! The price for the Nutriphase dog food (not displayed) is ± R194 yet the info indicated for pet club members are much less! The so called manager, Gavin, also have NO CLUE whatsoever about the pet club or the club prices! How can you offer specials but on arrival it’s not available, wasting the clients time! How come the manager is not informed – should they not know about deals etc.? *********** if I may say the least! I've received a few calls from a mr. Miller making empty promises about phone calls to me, sorting out the problem etc. 2 weeks have now passed without ANY response! Visited again today and again had to find prices for items only once I got to the till point!
