Useless service

<p>Went to buy wine 20 minutes before 15h30 I got the wine went to the que waited the because the was only one casher on the till. When I get the am till checking the watch my watch says it's 15h26 but hers it's 15h30 then she's busy explaining the rules for while my time wasted I told her I know the procedure that after 15h30 they don't sell alcohol so now after wasting my time she calls the supervisor to assist so now he comes the tell me it's already 15h30 I should had came an hour before so now, if I check last I was they sold a wine for her on the very same time I was even earlier than her. I don't understand your procedure does it come with terms and conditions myb you check colour and age who knows this was the worst service ever I love pick 'n pay I buy 10 %of our products from pick 'n pay after this am not sure if am gonna come back, your casher and supervisors they have Ubuntu not the first time they did this to me </p>
