Useless pnp

Placed an order via Pic and Pay ASAP this morning. When I got my order there was no Bioplus in my bags , I order 10 as they are on special. Did give pick a pay Little Falls a call but no one answerd the phone. Did also send an email and heard nothing back. They did refund me R25 but where is the other R25 or my Bioplus?
