Useless PNP ASAP app

I am so infuriated by the ASAP app.

1. Driver gets to my estate , doesn’t care a damn to call and returns to the store with my order. No attempt was made to contact me but PNP says they did. 2. Please do not use PNP app it’s useless as we cannot communicate with the drivers when we want. PNP needs to find a way for the customer to communicate with the driver since they clearly do not have airtime to call us customers. 3. They take forever with their support services until the driver leaves. 4. They debit your money and after non deliveries they say it will take 3-5 days to get a refund. This is insane because it means you don’t have groceries and they sitting with your money . 5. Please do not use ASAP App, it is utterly nonsense. If you value your sanity DO NOT USE THIS APP. I highly recommend Checker 60 app.
