Useless pick n pay vaal mall
Your Vaal Mall pick n pay knows nothing about customer service. At its busiest time there is 3 tellers open and the rest of the cashiers and staff is walking between the shelves buying there groceries. It is now 18h05. Have been standing in a que since 17h20 to pay for 5 items

07 Apr 2023, 11:28Today is a public holiday. I am standing in a que again at the same pnp. 4 tills open and the ques are standing to the back of the shop. Managers are rude and laughs when you ask if they can open more tills. 07/04/2023 have been standing 35 minutes to pay again. What the hell pick n pay. O but there is a till open just for staff to pay there stuff but not to help the public
