Useless Pick n Pay Smart Shopper app
Pick n Pay smart shopper app is a disgrace. Whats the point of collecting smart shopper points if you cannot use them? I want to buy Spur vouchers with mine. I cant on the app...it is experiencing technical difficulties. I got in touch with Pick n Pay on Twitter and to say it was a waste of time is putting it mildly. The Pick n Pay admin on Twitter referred me to Pick n Pays Yellow App which is not on any app store. I told them I can find it and they send me a process to download which involves a SAP login and password. I mean WTH!!!. Failure on every front!!!!

19 May 2023, 10:09I am totally frustrated. Your app is NOT WORKING when buying partner vouchers. I downloaded the app via the Google Play Store on a different device not used for Pick n Pay App, and it still gives the same error it gave me on the app downloaded on iPhone. The version number you quote is totally not the same that I have on both my iPhone and Android phone. The version number is 8.1.24 build 65. I am going in circles wasting time trying to figure out your app glitches which you say is working properly. ITS NOT!!!
