Useless Pick n Pay customer service

Pick-n-Pay stores have telephone numbers purely for decoration. I saw a deal and attempted to call a few stores to find out which store has stock, not even one of those 3 stores that I called even answered my multiple attempts, I then tried to call the customer care number and still failed to connect to an agent. Feeling broken but not defeated I decided to just visit the stores and scout for the deal for myself and thankfully I met a wonderful gentleman at Pick n Pay Hyper by the Sea who went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and then I get to the tills only to be met by more attitude because the cashiers were rushing to leave. Pick n Pay if you don't get your act together you may end up like Game.
