Useless Pick n Pay
Why should I wait 10 days to get a refund? I bought things on the useless asap app, they were not delivered. Had to ask for refund, which was done on the 03-03-2023, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded so that I can go to Shoprite or Checkers to buy milk and nappies which you failed to deliver? This is very unfair and serious inconvenience.

27 Mar 2023, 11:39Why am I still not refunded 20 days later? I dont understand this vibes. So, if you have a backlog, hw is that my problem? Pay that money back today, otherwise I will o into the store and take something of similar value.
