Can Pick n pay please refund me my money as they failed to deliver what I ordered, it’s been 2 weeks already, Ilkgwe and your team can you kindly refund me, your app is as useless as your customer service, every time I click on refund me it keeps on saying I will receive a link to my inbox which I never received, last week Friday I went as far as sending through my account details to your asap mailbox, I was advised it will be done. Please can I please have my money back, and please ask Checkers how are they doing it, I tried to change my email address on the app but your useless app is not allowing me, I do not want any **** apology call from you, please communicate with the email I use on hello peter, order number ***
