Useless online service

Useless online purchasing. I went onto the click and pay offering that is available only to find it's one of the most useless forms of purchasing with PicknPay there is. Got to the PicknPay Woodlands 10:50 am to pick up the order only to wait 33 minutes!!! 33minutes!!! I got the stuff myself in less than five! What kind of nonsense is this. I went online so that I do not miss my meeting, guess what! I did!!! only because I went onto the blimming service! Take that ******* offline. Highly useless!!! Even your staff is just as useless because they will tell you Portia this Portia that. I am not interested in Portia, that's not why I went online. I am livid! I expect some kind of compensation and also that ******* service to be taken offline. This has to be one of the most useless forms of service there has ever been in any form of retail. Highly disgusted!!! Portia SIbiya and her team are utter useless and PnP is just as nonsense!
