Useless Manager and supervisor at pick n pay Makhado

I am extremely disappointed in the Customer Service I have received at Pick n Pay Makhado yesterday around 14:30

I went to purchase the sim card the cashier told me i must have a proof of address correct. Than i run to the bank for a bank statement come back to the cashier gave her the proff of address and she told me she cant help me its time for her ti knock off.

Then she left, i waited for 15min to get help, than i went to a cashier supervisor, she told me that there cant help me there is no one who nows how to rica a sim card.

I ask for the manager his name is Withness he came after 15min and never spoke to me or ask the proplem he spoke to the cashier supervisor and than the cashier supervisor went to another till and seat down while i was waiting for help.

More poeple come to play lotto than she come and told me that there cant help me since there is no one in the store who know how to Rica.

Than she ask to help the lotto customers.

I have wasted 45min for nothing at pick n pay Makhado manager Withness and the cashier supervisor are useless
