Useless, disrespect3

Yesterday I searched for pick n pay, Southernwood's contact information online. I probably tried to call them about 15 times.. No answer, I kept trying as it was important. Eventually a african male answered. I unfortunately did not get his name though. I asked him if I could please speak to the manager on duty. He responded by saying, "I will take a message, who are you?" I told him not to worry about me and may I speak to the manager please I said again. He then said, I am also a manager on duty, what do you want? I told him he's lying and he dropped the phone in my ear.. I couldn't believe what happened and was very upset by the time. After trying so long to get through, when I do.. The person thats suppose to have helped me, just dropped my call.. I don't know what the correct channels would be if I want to lodge a complaint. It's not the first time I got bad service from the staff of this store. I don't want my complaints to be ignored & that's when I remembered "hello Peter".. Anyway, I hope the issue is addressed with the staff..
