USELESS DELIVERY APP
Pick n Pays ASAP delivery app shouldn't be trusted.. First the order took forever to be delivered,almost 3 hours.. I called the call center 4 times which cost me about R100 & never got a proper answer or explanation regarding my order. They has an annoying automated voice recording that takes forever,then the agent ask you so many security questions, more then my bank does yet they still get it wrong. 1 of your agents told me that the order was canceled, we then drove to anothe and purchased the stuff only for the driver to later deliver it, we then were stuck with 2 of the same 3 products which cost R399 Unacceptable..!!! I also did not include a tip because the driver took forever & i was told the order was canceled but was still debitted for the order & tip.. ***********..!!!
