Useless Customer Service

The number of negative reviewes is a true representation of this company. I'm not sure why do they even bother to have a customer care line when it's useless to get hold of them. You literally have to do their job for them to get to handle you enquiry only to end up without a resolution. I haven't recieved my refund, I have been waiting for 10 days, it's now estimated to be 20 days simply because non of the representatives I spoke cared to ensure the refund was actually processed. On the call, they are only interested in showing how much attitude they have and end up not doing their job because they lack professionalism. Call reference ***
