Useless customer service

Pick n Pay has once again shown that they have NO customer service.

I have settled my account and I have asked multiple times to remove my RCS credit option on my Smartshopper account.

I will not pay a single cent for any fees.

Please remove my RCS credit option IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
