Useless ******
Yesterday i went online and ordered 4 18 pack castle largers for R75.00 each and Jacobs coffee for R69.99. The delivery cost was R90 perfect, thr amount of R468.99 went off of my account and the only thing that arrived was the coffee. I call in and they state i only paid R159.99 (****ing expensive coffee) pick and pay are ****** and useless idiots!!!

We are busy following up on the escalation to our online technical team with regards to the overcharge query that you have logged with the call center during the cause of last week.
Once feedback is received we will revert to you. The reservation amount should have been released by your bank in to your account as the online store had only requested the below amount to process your order.
Invoice amount : R159.99 ( R69.99- coffee + R90 -delivery fee)
Kindly take note that when you place your order online and process the payment at check out, these funds are not immediately deducted from your account although you might receive an email from your bank advising you of the amount being reserved for your online order.
All online payments are requested when the goods are picked and being invoiced for delivery. The reservation amount is slightly higher than the online order amount as this is to accommodate for substituted items in your order where pricing may vary depending on the product that is being substituted.
