Useless claremont Liquor

<p>Had two RETURNABLE Vin Coco bottles " Ricardo Dominion Rum Company LTD" that I wanted to return.I had done this before with no issues. I was then informed that they do not take these. In saying this the bottles are clearly marked as returnables. I had to wait so long until I had to approach the manager myself whose name is VUYO. He said he will give me R2 which is the returnable amount. This is not the point though. Another staff member said they do not take these basically saying I am **** when I have returned these exact same bottles to the exact same store before. The lady that is normally there was not there due to voting day probably. Thanks for wasting my time, petrol and money due to YOUR incompetence's. I eventually left with nothing but utter disgust at how useless your staff are not even having the bar code for it. Including not receiving my R2. Useless.</p>
