Useless!!

Placed an order on pick and pay asap app. Was monitoring the order. It said the driver was on route next thing the order is gone and funds credited. With no explanations!!!!!!!!!!! Where is my order??? This is my 2nd time I've had an issue with Pick and Pay Hazeldean. First rotten meat and now terrible service.
