Useless app; pathetic service, Pick n Pay has gone to the dogs

We ordered drinks to be delivered at my son’s soccer game. It was supposed to be delivered at 13:30, it’s now 15:00 and no word from Pick n Pay. We tried calling them about 5 times, no answer just talking to a machine. Truly pathetic service!! By the way the games will be done at 16:00, so we’ll have to leave this place and we won’t need those drinks anymore.
