Useless and Unprofessional.

My wife and I went to Musgrave Pick n Pay at approx 13:05, on 2021-12-18 to buy Xmas wrapping paper.

My wife took a three pack wrapping, it was marked as R40 but at the till point saying R55, my wife went with the cashier , who then passed my wife to a Indian female supervisor who said oh someone must have changed the price, my wife pointed out that all was that but was blown off. So not only are your supervisors arrogant and unprofessional but ********* as well, as my wide pointed out that it's marked as R40 it must be sold at that price, which they refused. It shows your management at Musgrave Pick n Pay are useless and ***********. They also lost a sale . We went and bought the same Xmas wrapping at Superspar Glenwood for R30, and 1000% better shopping experience.
