Useless and Pathetic

Moved into area and decided to visit local PnP (Franchise at Bramley). At Bakery I was 1st but staff assisted their friends that came after me and pretended like I don't exist. 2 nd day went there again and there were only 3 tills open. 1 was only busy with staff purchases and lines were long. Eventually I went there and was assisted. Cashier seemed not to give a damn and was kinda rude and unprofessional. I asked for manager and when I asked him if this is the way they work his answer was " Well if you not happy please complain to Head Office" without asking what issues is. Untrained , unprofessional and uneducated. Case logged with ref *** and STILL not attended or any feedback. Yesterday I called your call center and the lady was rude and said wait while I checked. I waited 25 min and NO reply. What is happening with PnP??????????????????????????????????????????????? Are you all no longer interested in customer care ???????????????
