USELESS!!!!

I ordered items on Pick n Pay ASAP yesterday 18:48 and I never received my order, when I wake up this morning I check my order and it says the order was delivered at 21:47 (how is that even possible) I call customer care and after waiting on the line for over an hour, the consultant tells me that I just have to wait they need to refer my case to the logistics team, what am I supposed to do now because the items on the order are essential items such as Bread of which i need ASAP, talk about lack of convenience….this app is proving to be more useless by the day!!!!
