Useless !!
William Nicol: Price charged was R22 more than shelf price. Only noticed cash receipt after paying. Was told to go to a different counter and then had to wait for and assistant and accompany him to the shelf to show the shelf price.
After 20 minutes back at the counter I was still waiting for a 3rd person to arrive to authorise a refund.
No apology, just "that's the system".
