Use pnp asap at own risk.

I keep giving pnp asap the benefit of the doubt, and they keep dissapointing me. Short deliveries all the time, today was the very last time i have used pnp asap as i only received 2 items from seven items ordered. I emmiditaly phone customer support, was told goods will be delivered, two hours of waiting and rest of my order not delivered, phoned again yo be told that they see the store didnt respond, no one phoned me back and Im waiting like an idiot for goods, now they will refund me qithin 24 to 48 hours, its not acceptable, i have to purchase the goods again and pay again while pnp received payment for full order. I can honestly say i never had this issue with checkers sixty sixty and spar 2U. So when i receive my refund I will request a eft and then I will not ever use pick n pay asap ever again. This was the very last chance.
