Urinated toilet roll paper

About a month ago we recently bought groceries at pick n pay, and we discovered that the 18 toilet roll paper pack is smelly with urine. I'm not sure if therea been complaints on this in the store, it's really disgusting and puts our health at risk it seem like pick n pay Southgate really doesn't care about it's costumers especially when they let things like this happen. I'm never coming back there, and I hope for people's safety they stay away from pick n pay Southgate.
