Urgently

I was at pick and pay daveyton mall this afternoon by 18:45 when get to the door the shop was already closed which is in contrast with the trading hours closing at 19pm So I knocked to ask the security why are they closed and he told me they are closed there is nothing he can do to assist me etc, so I then asked the security guy with no name badge to call the store manager which he was by the door standing looking the other way. The manager responded by saying "ungamunaki loyo I shop ivaliwe " with such distasteful arrogance utterance from the manager without a name tag. He is tall dark with reading glasses. I then asked the security to give me his name and that of the manager and he refused. I drove 5 kilometers to buy Bread at pick and pay so that my family can something to eat due to power failure I had to drive back home empty handed due to shameful and disgusting service from the store. One can't be subjected to such inhumane treatment specially from the senior manager he should lead by example and treat customers with respect and dignity. the manager must be taken through the customer service courses.
