Urgent: Formal Complaint - Unacceptable Customer Service at Pick n Pay Warmbaths

Extremely Disappointing Service I purchased an Amstel lager that burst shortly after leaving the store, likely due to being frozen then exposed to heat. When I immediately returned for a refund/exchange, the manager/supervisor Ivan was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to help and showing no understanding of the situation. He stated "it's not my fault" and told me to leave. Very poor customer service. No customer should be treated this way. I expected better from Pick n Pay Warmbaths.
