URGENT ASSISTANCE - ORDER#***4

My order shows that it has been delivered however it has not been delivered for 3 hours now I have been trying to get assistance, I used every form of communication possible , called Pnp customercare, asap line and the Eerste river store(mentioned they will investigate and call back, I've not received a call back and when I call back suddenly no answer), sent emails, sent request to be called online, WhatsApp, every way possible I could think of. I needed this order delivered around 10am, I got a notification to say that the delivery was not successful returned to store and my account has been credited , it has not been credited and the store has still not gotten back to me , the call centre lines , no answers , nowhere. I need urgent assistance please.
