Uphalling Pick ‘n Pay ASAP - Do not use this App

I registered and received my otp for ASAP. I then ordered on ASAP yesterday around 2 pm the stores closed at 5 only after paying the order scream says my order will be delivered tomorrow around 7. I am waiting patiently and even tracking this order all of a sudden it says undelivered and I will get a refund in 3 to 7 day.

What nonsense is this? Their online support tells me there is nothing they can do about it. No wonder Pnp I going bankrupt. I want my money or my order now so I can buy from sixty sixty
