Unwillingness to assist!!!

I bought groceries worth R9500 at pick n pay. I then found out that I bought incorrect tins of baby milk for my daughter. I went to Mokopane Pick n Pay and spoke to the floor manager by the name of Herry. He was rude and rejected to assist me because I didn't have the slip. I tried countlesly to reason with him to atleast check the till for the transaction records or attempt to assist in trying to trace the transaction as it was a high value transaction. He just refused. This was the thanks I got after spending so much of my hard earned money at their store. I am now considering to move my grocery shopping to a place that would atleast attempt to give good customer service before, during and after the transaction.
