Unwilling to work / help

Good day. I wanted to buy biltong, so I went to Meat counter. I was then waiting at the left hand counter. The two counters are 1 meter away from another. At the right hand counter a man was helping people buying meat. Sibongile was a few meters away packing frozen meat in freezers. After 5 minutes the man was still weighing the people's meat, having problems. So another man from the back came to help him and Sibongile came strolling towards them, also giving advice. That problem was then sorted out and the man showed her we're waiting to be helped. I then abruptly asked her if she couldn't see we were standing there, waiting to be helped. She just looked at me. I then apologized but she ignored me. So after she weighed the biltong and put the price label on the packet I apologized again and asked her if its okay. She only then said to me it's fine. So, I just want to bring under your attention that she was slow and unwilling to help. She also should have apologized to me.
