Untrained staff, dysfunctional tills, just pathetic

Once again Pick n Pay has disappointed along with the rude cashier.

My husband and I went to Pick n Pay The Glen, after filling up our trolley we went to the cashiers. We were assisted by a lady named Portia Nkosi.

I decided to move away from till because I coul not stomach watching her throw our food to the packer in that manner.

After few minutes I went back and confronted her. I asked her if it was necessary for her to throw our groceries like that. She rudely answered me saying the packer suggested she throws the staff to her.

They then started arguing and I left my husband at the till and waiting outside for him.

Now as I was preparing to write this compliant I realised the juices we bought were undiscounted as the advert stated.

I sometimes ask myself why on earth do I keep on supporting this pathetic store.
