Untrained... Misleading... Lets get a quick sale Salesman

If there was an option for no star then I'd be picking that one.... I was considering purchasing a dishwasher... As a consumer you would naturally opt for the best deal.. Pnp had sold me on that perfect deal when Gregory the salesman told me that with that purchase i would get an entire years worth of finish product for free.. All i have to do is swipe my smart shopper card in the machine take the slip and the product to the cashier and bobs your uncle... Oh no wait for it.... After visiting that machine and speaking to customer care at the abour crossing branch five times where it kept saying card still loading... I find out that Gregory ****.. In fact he did not even know about the promo at all.... After both my husband and i called... They simply expect me to accept "oh sorry it was a once off promo".i made a mistake. Hell no i refuse to accept that! ... I spoke to his manager today a mr suran manoor.. Who promised to have this sorted out for me by friday....frankly i dnt care who or how they will absorb that cost but i will be sure to get my 1years supply of. The fiinish product.... A word to the wise!!! Train your staff properly on the various promotions going on at your store... As not to have such issues again. As well as to not cheat customers in buying from your store if they can get a better deal some where else! Honesty and transparency is ao important these days especially in the country we live in.... Are we tired of getting dooped..... Well im tired.... I dont think i can trust another salesman at pick n pay ever again
