UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE

Made a purchase yesterday at pick n pay Maluti Crescent. The cashier that helped us was Melita Mo***eng. As she was scanning the items that we were buying we noticed that she took something from under her till and scanned it. When we looked at the screen monitor we noticed that she scanned a wors roll for the value of R24.00 we then confronted her about it and she called the supervisor to come and remove it.

The supervisor was called and said she has taken it out. Upon arrival at home, we noticed that the wors roll was still on the slip.

This is unacceptable. The staff at Pick n pay is de*****ing people and I have seen people complaining about them on Facebook. I am a victim now.
