Unsatisfied with services and delivery

On the 28th Jan 2024 at 10:32 I ordered mini groceries from pick n pay Dobsonville Mall, planning to cook lunch for my brother's birthday. Estimated time of delivery kept being changed until I sent an email and called the call centre then I received my order at 14:24pm (3 bags) when I opened the bags I found that some items are missing...namely: Teatime cookies and cream cake 1.1kg @ R67.99 2 x pnp kids small bananas(received only one packet) @ R35.00 Pnp Butternut 500g @ R 16.99 Pnp coleslaw 200g 11.99 Order number : ***2 I then called a call centre and raised the issue so that if they forgot to pack it may they please deliver as it was already late for me to go buy she advised they won't be able to deliver so I will be refunded. I gave them a whole week and nothing has been done, no communication nothing. When I open the app it shows that everything was delivered which is not true. Can I please be assisted with the matter. I'm really disappointed at a services that was supposed to be convenient but turns out to be a ****
