Unsatisfied service from Pic n pay Tshwane mall

Pic n pay clothing Tshwane mall this is the second time I return an item they telling me I can't get back cash I need to take something and I have the slip... I purchased using Pay just now and they gave that as an excuse as at Menlyn I managed to get a refund...these stores have lazy and they think we don't know customer service... The stores are supposed to assist customers at anytime with no hassle.
