Unsatisfied former employee

Pick n pay family boulevard will fire employees without notic pay, and im guessing severance pay will too not be applicable, it is not enough that they ro employees off of their 1.5 pay for sundaysand now this....i guess this is why there is nobody who deal with employee griviences for such a big company, all of this trauma beacause i was short of a 99.70 on the 4th of Jan of which cctv footage cannot prove how or when did i make a dreadful mistake of the amount of 99.70.
