Unsatisfied customer of Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket in Boksburg, Gauteng.

Today, Wednesday, 28 November 2020, I went to Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket in Boksburg, Gauteng, as they have a special of Feline Cuisine, you buy 2 X 2kg packs for R119, but when I got tjere, I was told that they have been out of stock since ast week, according to them from the supplier, to me that answer was unacceptable as it was advertised in the pamflets for this week, I even went as far as to report this to the manager, he said he can give me 4kg packs, but I want 2kg packs as it can be stored better, so I went online on facebook messenger to ask the head office of Pick 'n Pay, as I am still waiting for them to comeback to me. So all I can say is, stay away from Pick' n Pay Hypermarket in Boksburg, as I looks lketey have excuses and blame someone else, if you know there s a short fall, make a plan, mst I spell I spell it out for you, or draw a pictire, as I will not be the only customer who is angry with the service I got.
