Unsatisfied customer

On the 26th of June 2026,i bought bulks of different brands of alcohol at Pick N Pay The Grove Mall for a ceremony I am meant to have. It's been 1 month and 3 weeks and now I discovered it is in its BB date. Tried to speak to them regarding this so they exchange for me for for bulks that are within the right expiry dates. They refused. This is unfair as I will be having a ceremony next week but won't be able to use the alcohol as it passed it's BB time. Yet I don't even have the budget to buy more, I still have proof of purchase
