Unsatisfied Customer

I went to Pick n Pay at SE 2 Vanderbijlpark to purchase a hose fitting. Looking for the product in the aisle I could not find what I was looking for, but saw a combination of hose fittings in one package and the price beneath it for R45. So I took it and went to the cashier, the lady ringed it up and it was R165.00. I told her there is no such price on the shelf and she checked and took the label with the product to the manager. While checking the manager told me the barcode does not correspond according to the product and could not override it after I explained. I was not sorted out and very unhappy out of the store. no apology to me for inconvenience caused, First of all it is the staffs job to make sure correct prices are with every product on the shelf and I am a loyal customer buying my groceries every month and small things I need during the month. I can easily choose another store. This is not worth my trouble buying there
