Unsatisfied

I ordered at Pick n Pay ASAP at 16:22 and the estimated delivery time was 17:00-17:30, at 17:30 the time changed and when I called support , I was told that the driver is on his way and I was given his contact number, when I called the driver he said he is at home and his bike has a problem, I had to call support again to find out whats happening, I asked them to cancel my order as I already left work place. This is the second time I am inconvenienced using this App. The service is very pathetic.
