Unsatisfied and inhumain treatment by Bidvest sercurity, including Pick 'n pay staff

On Friday 15 July I went to Pick 'n pay Parow Centre to draw my Srd Grant. Upon arrival I asked the ( Bidvest) security where or which till can I go draw the Srd Grant. He responded by saying I need to go stand in a line formed outside and there are other people infront of me. He then showed me where I must stand, I proceeded to tell him that I have a physical disability and therefore cannot stand for long periods. He said I must just wait in the line. While standing in line we waited for about 10 minutes the same security then told all the people in the line that we needed to go and wait at the other side of the mall, which was the entrance and that he will come and call 5 people at a time because we are taking up space and the space we're taking up is for the people in the mall. I then asked him what would he then say we are and I reminded him of my disability I then told him I would like to go into the shop to speak to one of the managers. He then told me that I cannot go inside and that he will see to it that I wait my turn. I told him that I didn't want to skip the line I asked him why are they treating people that are coming to draw their Srd Grant like they are not people. He then wanted to stop me but I walked into the shop and spoke to one of the managers. I explained the situation and he then directed me to where I can go draw the money. As I was walking over to where he directed me I saw no line inside the store, and while walking up to the till they were using to pay out Srd Grants he then told 5 people to come to the same till. Then they refused to help me because I was number 6 in line and they only allow 5 people to come in the store at a time. I then told him that I spoke to the manager and he directed me there. The security then told the people he brought in they should still stand as they did outside and that I wanted to skip the line. The moral of my review is not about waiting in a line because everybody needs money and has to wait in line for it, it was not about the unfair and really disgusted way the security spoke to me including the Pick 'n pay staff member working at that till. It was degrading , I felt embarassing and it felt inhuman the way everybody standing in line was treated. Even the person at the till (cashier) was very rude and unprofessional as she argued and shouted at me for being number 6 in line. Why are people being treated like this, as if I did not go back into the store and spent my money there. I would've loved the rating to have a zero option because that was the treatment I received and my experience inside Pick 'n pay with the staff and the security. This matter should be seriously looked at because we are all human and we have our dignity.
