Unsatisfactory customer service

I bought from the pick n pay asap app a week ago. One of the grocery items was a tray of eggs. When I opened the tray there was a cracked egg. I sent customer service an email. They “remedied” the situation by giving me an invalid coupon code which gave an error message when I tried using it. I have sent them emails with regards to this and have not received assistance.
