Unsatisfactory customer service

Dear Supplier<br> I had an unsatisfactory customer service this morning from this store. I bought a double solid plate stove in August 2015 and on returning it I was told by the Store Assistant Manager that 'it's substance abuse' and the supplier won't take it back. The mechanic of the stove is not working why do you call it substance abuse if the paint has peeled. A satisfactory response will be appreciated as I do not have a stove to use now.<br> <br> Regards<br> Nyameka
