Unsatisfactory Customer

My partner Mrs Tshililo Mathuba bought a washing machine at Pick 'n Pay Hyper at Tokai on the 25th November 2021. The washing machine was paid in cash and delivery was also paid for in cash too.

We were told the washing machine will be delivered on the 01 December which we were cool with it even though it was almost like a week later.

A shocking part is that to this day the washine it is still not delivered. I phoned the manager soo many times without any assistance.

This is totally unacceptable at all and it sucks. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the management and staff of Pick 'n Pay.
