Unsatisfactory and Arrogant Service from Pick n Pay

I always use Pick n Pay Southdale to send money, today because I was late I decided to use your Camaro Pick n Pay as it closes late. To my surprise and dismay I was turned away because I have R20 notes (1500) R1000 and R5 and R2 coins 300 and the rest R100 notes. The lady who addressed me Identified herself as the owner of the store said she does not take that kind of money. With Pick n Pay how do we as vustomer Identity whuch stores take what money and is it right for a store to turn away money that they have not Identified as counterfeit on the basis of they do not like that money. This is very frustrating as a Pick n Pay customer that your service is not uniform across all stores and certain owners can turn me away as a customer.
