Unsafe drivers from PnP asap

Dealing with PnP ASAP is so frustrating. Emailing them gets nowhere. They reply to your mail, having not read the question so the answer doesn't help. They then close the query before you have time to respond. Aside from the laboriously slow app, the poor delivery times, always more than 2 hours from ordering , my biggest concern is the drivers. They arrive in an unroadworthy car, unidentified with often more than one person in the vehicle. I don't feel happy letting them onto my property. It is always a different person too.
