Unresolved Refund Despite Multiple Follow-Ups – Order #***5

I placed an order (#***5) on 21 February 2025 via Pick n Pay ASAP, which included a PnP Butchery Beef Burger 400g (R 54.99). However, I never received the item, and my refund is still outstanding.

I have called Pick n Pay Hypermarket Boksburg multiple times, and each time I was assured that the issue would be resolved and that management would handle my refund. I have also emailed, rated the order, and left comments as advised by their ASAP department staff, yet the refund remains unprocessed.

It is extremely frustrating that after weeks of follow-ups, Pick n Pay has failed to resolve this issue. I expect my refund of R 54.99 to be processed immediately. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge Pick n Pay to rectify this matter without further delays.
