Unresolved inactivated ITunes card

I purchased a R450 iTunes card on 05/02/2015 at PnPay Observatory along with groceries and paid cash with a debit card. Transaction PN***. The card wasn't activated at the pay point and I couldn't load it on my iTunes account.

I threw away the cash receipt. Contacted Apple on 19/03 and they confirmed that the iTunes card wasn't activated by PnPay and requested me to go back to the store to have them confirm the sale of the card on the system. And that's when the paw paw hit the fan.

The managers on duty, Grace (day1) Zeenith, Majdeh, Clinton van Wyk (day2) had numerous excuses for not being able to access the specific information from their system. Like Head Office closed now, internal system asking too many questions so rather get it from head office.

Zeenith contacted head office and spoke to Alisstair Ref no *** about iServices and he would call back which never happened . Zeenith took my cell Nr and hasn't responded.

I'm still unable to use my R450 iTunes card since 05/02/2015.

I do hope I will get a resolve on this issue as soon as possible.
