Unreliable Pick n Pay app!!!!

Unreliable Pick n Pay app! Money deducted, no order number, and forced to pay again. Inconvenient and frustrating. When querying, I'm told to wait 2 hours or 5-7 working days for a refund. Unacceptable when I need my order today. Many others are complaining too. Please fix the app ASAP to avoid loosing your reliable customers.
